This is a simple fruit crisp that we make with Fuji apples and ripe plums picked from the trees in our backyard.
Obviously, this dish is great with ice cream or whip cream! 
Peel and slice the apples, halve and pit the plums, then toss the apples and plums with the sugar and butter.
Combine the topping ingredients in a bowl. Don't overmix.
Arrange the fruit in a 9" x 13" glass baking dish. Sprinkle the topping over the fruit.
